What does Austin Strategies do?

Austin Strategies organizes your team into an effective fighting force on a budget.  Whether you have $2000 or $200,000, we will work to build your team to be the most effective and efficient.  Volunteers need to be organized, and most people have no idea what to use volunteers for, and cannot retain consistent volunteers.  We work to bridge that gap.  We work directly with volunteers to ensure you have the team you need to win elections.

Volunteers Are Where We Win

During the fateful VoterID ballot initiative in October 2025, we coordinated efforts with Team Wessels, local officials, and volunteers in two Maine cities.  The two districts we knocked in those two cities were the only two that tied both Q1 & Q2.  If other municipal districts had come as close as our efforts did, Maine would have no Red Flag Law and VoterID would have succeeded.

In 2025, we worked with Team Wessels to assemble a video team.  The team's goal was simple: outperform every other campaign in terms of video production.  This was accomplished by training a team to handle small parts of a video and streamlining the process.  Now, Team Wessels has 5 volunteers working on videos at any given time and is the most active campaign in terms of video production.

December 2025, Team Wessels knew they needed to shock the political world.  So we devised a strategy: Be the first gubernatorial campaign in Maine history to be on the ballot in January.  This took enormous coordination and effort on behalf of our team, but we succeeded.  Data and research were key; we ensured that the houses our volunteers knocked would be willing to sign before our volunteers even reached the door.

Team Wessels, with whom Austin Strategies is working, will ramp up efforts and make their move in March 2026.  This will put Team Wessels decisively in the lead, among a field of 10 Republican candidates.  Stay tuned!
